SFLA Investments was formed when its
founder, Rick Rapp, realized the difficulty out of state investors were
having purchasing and managing South Florida Investment Real Estate.
Constantly touted as the #1 area to invest, it seems everyone wants a
piece of this wonderful state. However, without a solid system in
place, it is close to impossible to invest wisely if you are a
non-resident. Realizing these problems, Rick put into place a system to
handle it all. A system designed to take the "work" out of Real Estate
investing.
Rick has been a resident of South Florida since 1995 and is a Rhode Island transplant. He states that It took some time, but he grew to love the area and soon thereafter, realized his passion for Real Estate. Engaged to a wonderful Florida Native, he currently resides in Parkland, FL, central to all South Florida has to offer. A self proclaimed golf addict, any time away from work is spent on the course.
